The robust DUROSET construction with suitable backing material, precision ground geometry, set teeth and positive tooth rake angle is also coated with hard material. Not only the cutting edges and the sides of the teeth are coated with this additional wear protection, but also the back of the band saw blade body to reduce friction.

DUROSET PREMIUM thus offers even greater durability than the uncoated version.
